How do I check availability?
Please enquire with your preferred date and we will let you know if it is available and provide a copy of the brochure for you.

What is the best way to contact you?
We pride ourselves on being reachable even if we’re not by our reception desk, therefore we’ve said goodbye to our old school landline and we’re now contactable at the drop of a hat on 07927 016939. You can also send us an email on admin@whaplodemanor.co.uk and we’ll aim to respond within 24 hours.

How do I reserve a wedding date?
We recommend viewing the venue first. We can then reserve your preferred date for a period of 14 days after which a £1,000 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Do I have to have a civil ceremony with you?
While we are licensed to host civil ceremonies, you are welcome to get married elsewhere and hire the venue for your reception. Unlike many other venues, we do not charge a fee to host civil ceremonies.

Can I have a weekday wedding?
Yes! We offer weddings on a Wednesday and Saturday. The venue hire starts from 3pm the day before, until 11am the day after.

Do you provide catering?
We do not provide in-house catering however we are partnered with some brilliant external catering companies for you to choose from.

What if your chosen caterers are not available?
In the unlikely event that all of our ​preferred caterers are booked, we are happy to discuss alternative options with you.

Do you provide drinks?
We have a fully licensed, in-house bar and are happy to provide drinks throughout the day.

What accommodation options are available?
We have accommodation for up to 11 people (including the happy couple!) in the form of the Honeymoon Suite, 1 family, 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms. We do not have camping facilities on-site and cannot allow any additional overnight guests.

Do you have disabled access?
The lower-level of our venue is fully-accessible however please note the upstairs function-room is not wheelchair accessible.

Do you have parking?
We have a large car park with ample parking for cars and coaches.

Can I book a large party, not a wedding?
Absolutely, our venue is perfect for parties. Please contact us on admin@whaplodemanor.co.uk for a bespoke quote.
